About

Born and raised in Brooklyn, N. Y., I am a city girl who always wanted to live in the country. Growing up I was always doing creative things with my toys. Making the paper clothes for my paper dolls, trying to make venetian blinds out of colored blotters for my doll house. As I grew I learned to crochet, sew my own clothes, draw and play the piano. Eventually I went to work in N. Y. City where I admired all the beautiful clothes and jewelry in the city's shops. I started designing my own clothes and my mother's. After I married I took classes in stained glass, oil painting and drawing while continuing to work.

Eventually we moved to the Jersey Shore and I discovered Polymer Clay. I bought my first pasta machine to knead the clay and haven't stopped yet. I love the creative part of designing the necklaces, bracelets and earrings. My husband and I have retired from the workforce…

My husband and I have retired from the workforce now and I spend most of my waking hours in our second bedroom, converted to a studio/office where I design, create the jewelry, take care of my Etsy shop, fill orders and pack and ship them. It really keeps me busy but I love it.

I try to make one of a kind pieces but I occasionally make a duplicate. Each time I sell a piece I'm excited to know that somewhere in the world a woman will be wearing something that I created and hopefully enjoying it.

I have been selling my handcrafted jewelry on Etsy for several years now showcasing my polymer clay statement necklaces and cuff bracelets that are more distinctive and upscale. These jewelry items are for the woman who is looking for pieces with more style, verve and flair.

I hope you will stop by again as I will be posting new, unique pieces every week.
