Peace Petals' Profile

About

Both my grandmothers were seamstresses. Together, they instilled in me an adoration for texture, color and perfection. I believe that when you deeply love what you do, such evidence will be apparent in your creations.

Some time ago I began to learn the art of felting and immediately fell in love. Wool is so versatile and easy to shape. Immersing your hands into raw materials and bringing fibers to life, tenders a satisfaction words just can’t convey. There is a shared reverence among felters, that is far better expressed in our work, rather than our voice.
