About

One of my earliest memories as a girl was my grandmother's friend Lucille hanging her clothes on her clothesline and calling across the yard to my Gram and I, "Delores, are we going sailing today?" Sailing really meant yard sale-ing, and yes, we were going. I spent many a Saturday with my Gram and Lucille as we hit yard sale after yard sale in her small New England town. Those days of yard sale-ing are still with me today, as I love to search for lost goods that are ready to be rescued and brought to a new home. In addition, I love to transform previously loved items into new goods. This is the spirit of Rescued Goods.
