My sister and I have been collecting vintage items since the mid-1970s and we have never stopped! Now we're parting with some of our stuff including a postcard collection, a vintage jewelry stash and some other collectibles so we can continue to buy our favorites. Living in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains allows us to hunt for retro collectibles and unique vintage jewelry in lots of nooks and crannies so we're having fun adding new items to the shop!

One of our hobbies is sewing so we have a lot of sewing patterns and notions for sale. We also love old books so I can't resist them, especially the ones with retro or ornate covers. Retro items became beloved from an early age when visiting our grandparents whose home was decorated in the 1940s and 50s and never updated.

My sister and I never tire of reminiscing about the furnishings in their home and whether or not we should refinish the Hoosier Cabinet they used in their kitchen. It has countless layers of paint from where Nana kept changing the kitchen colors. One day we will carry out the mission!
