We are bored of the standardization of everything. We are bored of food that machines or mechanized people prepares. We are bored of loving the same thing with the rest of the world and bored of getting bored of the same things. We got bored of standardized art and the paintings from IKEA on our walls. And of course we are bored of the clothes that come from the same production line, without anyone thinking about, not even for a millisecond while producing them.
Actually, we are bored of this system that tricks us as if we are choosing from a bunch, but in reality ignoring our freewill.
We asked these dream-provoking questions: Why not a brand that produces everything handmade and sells them for an attainable price? Why not having a product customized and with a reasonable price? Why not, for example, making every item according to individuals’ size with their personal choices? Or why would people have to pay thousands of dollars for a real oil painting?
And we came back to the point where everything began. Anatolia. We combined Anatolia’s refined knitting and craft know-how, which are inherited from Sumer’s, Roman’s, Hittite’s and Ottoman’s to share with the modern world. So we created Wonderhand, Wonderland of handmades.
