About

After a long and somewhat erratic career in, well, anything to do with music (including my own company for music tours in Europe), I find I need to do quiet work. So I decided to make my passion for counted cross stitching my new job and offer my work for sale on Etsy. Interrupted only by life's other chores, I do my stitching for quite a few hours every day, eager to get back to it whenever possible. I feel it is extremely important to save those crafts that are in danger of extintion and save the knowhow, materials and products. I think it is a powerful statement (although not economically smart) to produce something that takes many many hours (or days or weeks) to make. So I'm very happy to have found Etsy and maybe contribute to the handmade revolution.
