About

A little bit about my scarves and process: Sameheart scarves are wonderfully textured, soft, durable, and warm. Each scarf is handwoven by me with thoughtfully chosen fibers on my floor loom, which I had had delivered with a rideshare from London to Leipzig! The size of loom I work on is not so easy to find in Germany. Careful precision and joyful artistry goes into every step of the process. They are made with practicality and daily life in mind. A little bit about me: I am an American Textile Artist living in Germany. I grew up in Baltimore and went to College in Arizona, where the landscape had me constantly writing poetry. In this time, I also dove into textile arts. I studied Agricultural Ecology and the role of Arts in Socio-Cultural Change. I am trilingual and love learning new skills in the textile world. I adore Etsy and see it as a profound and revolutionary platform that has potential to literally change the world!
