About

As a former 4-H club member, I started sewing at the age of nine. This turned out to be a love of mine and continued for many years, making most of my clothes in school, then later on, making my children's clothes. I took up quilting in 2004 and have not stopped. My small quilting room is overrun with quilts, so I decided to go on Etsy and share my work.

Another love of mine is collecting old pottery. My husband and I have a basement full of Vernon Kilns and Metlox. We also have several beautiful vases in Peters and Reed pottery. I'll be listing pieces on Etsy, along with my quilts.

PS. Look for beautiful art glass at Hoguehotglass. My son also sells on Etsy. http://www.etsy.com/shop/Hoguehotglass?ref=seller_info
