WELCOME to SEWJUNKIE!

This has been a busy three years for my husband and me. Three years ago I married my best friend and have been living with the man of my dreams ever since. He's not only my best friend, but he's the love of my life and I thank God everyday for him.

Before marrying Skip I was a single mother. I have a son who studied Film at the University of Texas in Austin. He graduated December 2012...so proud of him. Yes, this was during the same month that Skip and I got married. Needless to say, the trips I made to Austin, moving him out of his apartment and him graduating...and planning Skip's and my wedding, was a very busy month. I can honestly say I'm glad its over and I have since slowed down...a little.

July of 2013 started medical problems for my husband and in January 2014 he underwent a heart transplant. The last day in 2014 I had an accident with an oil tank truck and so 2015 was my year for medical issues. I had to put the Etsy store on hold since the start of this and have just recently reopened my SewJunkie store. How excited I have been. I'm having a workshop built in the back yard where I will conduct my shop and I can't wait for it to be finished.

My interests have always been sewing, quilting, crafts, and I love anything outdoors. In my SewJunkie shop I am planning on lots of new items and will be continuously adding them to my shop. I also will be showing more fabrics, embroidery designs, and fonts to make it easier for you to see what I do have available, however if there is anything you would like, convoy me and I can send you a picture and we can customize an order for you.

I hope you enjoy the items I make as much as I love making them. Please see my embroidery designs at my Facebook site. Look for SewJunkie Gifts!

Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to meeting you soon!
