Welcome to Sundara Divine Jewelry!

I am a jewelry maker, bodyworker, mehendi (henna) artist, photographer and Yoga instructor, and I have been making jewelry since childhood. Art is second nature to me and the creative process has always been a very important part of my life. I hold a bachelor's degree in photojournalism and, in addition, I have studied beadwork, ceramics, graphic design, metalsmithing, precious metal clay, watercolor painting and weaving. I love working with my hands regardless of the media, however, jewelry making remains my first love!

About

Welcome to Sundara Divine Jewelry!

I am a jewelry maker, bodyworker, mehendi (henna) artist, photographer and Yoga instructor, and I have been making jewelry since childhood. Art is second nature to me and the creative process has always been a very important part of my life. I hold a bachelor's degree in photojournalism and, in addition, I have studied beadwork, ceramics, graphic design, metalsmithing, precious metal clay, watercolor painting and weaving. I love working with my hands regardless of the media, however, jewelry making remains my first love!

Most of my work is created in my home studio and inspired by the colors, patterns, shapes and textures that I find and observe in nature. Almost all of my earrings and necklaces begin as a piece of sheet metal or wire, and I love the process (from designing to finishing) of creating beautifully crafted, meaningful and unique wearable items.

"Sundara" is a Sanskrit word that means "beauty" and it refers to a natural radiance that shines from within. In all of my work and everything I do, I am most passionate about supporting others in recognizing their own source of inner beauty, confidence, grace and strength. When you wear my jewelry, it is my sincere hope that you be reminded of how beautiful you truly are, from the inside-out!

Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop! Enjoy!
