My name is Rachel. I am a part-time Spanish Translator. My passion is baking and working with all forms of chocolate whether it's tempering and molding or modeling chocolate as a medium for shaping roses, leaves, ribbons, and bows.

My inspiration is my family, my relatives, and my dear friends. In my formative years, I really didn't know where my father went to work. I just knew that he baked the most delicious cakes. It turns out that he reported to work every day at the Empire State Building where he was a pastry chef. My daughter challenges me with her birthday cakes every year whether I am baking a cake just for the three of us or for 50, her cakes have to be spectacular and taste yummy as well.

I have been doing erotic lollipops for over 15 years, and I have been doing chocolate lollipops for my daughter well over 20 years. I like to add cayenne pepper as well as cinnamon to chocolate for it increases the intensity of the flavor. I've added the Erotic lollipops to my candy buffet tables in beautiful glass containers. We've presented the Erotic lollipops as a goodie bag at bridal showers and bachelorette parties, and the ladies just love them.

We have recently added cookies. For the cookies the icing I use is Royal Icing without eggs. I use Meringue Powder instead of egg whites to eliminate any food safety concerns.

My treats not only look fabulous, but are very pleasing to the palette. My motto is, “if it looks good, it better taste good.”
