I am a jewelry artist who lives in South Jersey with my husband, two children, 2 dogs and three cats. I love working with metal and wire, semiprecious stones, glass beads and crystals. My favorite colors are blues and greens. My designs are inspired by nature - trees, flowers, birds, the ocean and its creatures and, of course, cats.

I've always enjoyed creating art but I really found my calling when I took a class on wire wrapping sea glass. I was instantly hooked. Since then I've improved my wire work skills incorporating forging, wire weaving and intricate wraps. I also create designs that feature metal. I love sketching out a design, transferring it to metal sheet, sawing it out and then using my hammers and other hand tools to bring out the details. So, why did I name my store Sleepy Cat Jewelry? It's pretty simple. I'm a crazy cat lady who loves jewelry and naps.
