Graphic designers love the novelty of a good typeface. They search through fonts to convey a perfect visual message. The right typeface has to call attention to itself. But, at the same time, it has to support the message. Now graphic designers can begin their daily search for type in their showers with Soletta. Soletta is a brand of homemade soaps of five different typefaces—Helvetica, Din, Futura, Gill Sans, and Avenir. Each soap typeface has both upper and lower case letters for the beginning letter of each typeface as well as the number seven.
I was born in Santa Monica, California and grew up in Calabasas just outside of the city of Los Angeles. I am a junior at Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland where I am a Graphic Design major. I also enjoy sports, cooking, and shopping.
