However Professionally, I am a Real Estate Broker, but I’ve come to realize that when I can’t change what's going on with the economy or the world in general that my business depends on, I go to my kitchen. It has become my Zen space, and I truly enjoy cooking and creating new recipes

For years on Saturday mornings (starting 6 AM) I used to make a batch of homemade soup for my Mom who was then an older senior still living independently on her own. To keep tabs on her and to make sure she was eating, etc., I would deliver a batch or two for the week. She so thoroughly enjoyed the attention and the soup - - and I knew she was having something nutritious, healthy, and tasty. These soups were easy to heat up and enjoy with a roll or slice of bread. Early mornings used to be my favorite time of the day, sunrise, clear air, sound of the birds. My Mom is gone now and somehow I had forgotten this, maybe too many distractions from the daily grind, loss of love ones, etc.

Now I find myself cooking at any hour of day or night with pleasure, peacefully! Cooking, cooking and some baking too, whatever I choose. I love the challenge of new recipes, and I love to create new dishes.

Fortunately, I have special friends that love to eat, who enjoy all kinds of food with such pure delight that it’s fun to share. I’ve decided to “follow my bliss” and share my recipes and stuff. So as of now “Soups on” at Soup N Stuff!
