I work full time and craft on the side. I have been making things since I was child.
My grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was eight years old and I have passed the craft along to students and relatives.
I started creating jewelry about seven years ago. It first began with little seed bead creations made with sewing thread. These were very delicate pieces and I still have and wear some of them today. I then began working with metal findings, clasps, toggles and bead wire. From there I have branched out in many different directions with my jewelry. Most importantly to me, is that I love to create. Many of my pieces are made with top quality beads, I just forget what they are called by the time I get them home.
