Andrea Boudewijn opened Superfine Bakery to bring the couture designs and modern looks of NYC and European luxury cake and confection makers to Los Angeles-area clients. Her Fleur de Sel Caramels were born out of a love for eye-crossingly delicious treats and a love for the science and art of baking and patisserie.
Andrea graduated with highest honors from Le Cordon Bleu and apprenticed under BethAnn Goldberg, a two-time gold medal winner of Food Network's Cake Challenge. She is married and living in Los Angeles, California.
