About

I began making jewelry when I was in elementary school and found an old beading loom in my grandmother's attic. The loom represented the creativity of the past and its connection to the present. I loved the logic that allowed me to plan my designs and carefully choose the colors and objects from nature that would bring them to life. Later, my mother and I explored jewelry making in our favorite little bead shop, fascinated by the history and origins of the beads and overwhelmed by the choices. Today, I still love the research and thought that are an integral part of my pieces as well as searching for the perfect components that grow from the beauty of the natural world.
