Although we work hard to create beautiful and timeless pieces to endure daily wear, we would encourage you to be gentle with your items to prevent damage. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Insurance can be made available to add on to any purchase. Please convo us if you would like to purchase insurance for your items. Additionally, please keep in mind that every item we make is made especially for you. Your item(s) may vary slightly from those shown in the photos. It is our heartfelt wish that you enjoy our items as much as we enjoy creating them!

We accept checks, PayPal, and Sweet Vanilla Bean gift certificates. We package each of our items beautifully, while trying to keep waste to a minimum. Your order will arrive ready to wear, use or give as a gift. We do combine shipping on items in our shop--extra savings for you! We ship within the United States on 4:00 p.m. PST via the U.S. Postal Service, first-class mail. Most items are snuggled in bubble wrap to safeguard it while in transit.
