We start with a recycled adult wool sweater and wash it in hot water so it gets nice and fluffy. Then we cut it up and sew it into a new child-sized sweater. Each sweater is then decorated by hand through a process called needle-felting. We use dyed wool fibers and a special needle to poke the design into the sweater, and repeat until the fibers fuse with the sweater. Sweaters are then finished with hand embroidery, ribbon and buttons to create each one-of-a-kind piece.
