I had been making Mommy sterling silver jewelry when a friend asked about horse jewelry. After some research I found a new hobby! Living in Maryland, there are beautiful horses everywhere and through friends I was introduced to the world of these beautiful animals. These gentle giants are fasicinating to watch. I wanted to create something that would symbolize the bond between rider and horse. So Tails of Love was born. Using Kumihimo braiding and silver smithing I create unique personalized equestrian jewelry.
