I often get asked how TamsArt came about and it all started very early with my grandmother (fathers side of the family) who always encouraged my art and she thought I should use my initials to sign my work, hence, TAMS Art. Yet, it was my other Grandmother (mothers side) who taught me from a very early age, around 4, to crochet, knit, draw, paint and to create from the imagination.
I still carry that love of creating things, however, my love expanded some years ago to a more whimsical and quirky style of Blythe Dolls, photography, painting and of course crocheting. I like to make items in small numbers so that they remain more personal and unique.
