~Welcome to Tazleena~

My name is Chandra Knoke, and I'm the owner and sole creator of "Tazleena" which is a composite of Taz Milan and Angleena; my two Pekingese.

I make distinctive wire wrapped and woven jewelry for the woman whose perception of elegance is not just that of typical classic sophistication...she has the desire to show that special quality that makes her notably unforgettable. My designs are understated enough for the boardroom yet posh enough for any special occasion or casual event.

I use primarily fine silver (.999) and sterling silver (.925) wire. And I particularly love pairing the intricacies of woven wire with artisan lampwork beads.

My desire to make jewelry is a gift and calling from God and I glorify Him by attaching a Bible verse to each piece I make.

Philemon 1:5 That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

I may have come to jewelry making late in life and be mostly self-taught, but I make up for that with my enthusiasm and drive to learn and perfect new techniques and translate them into something of my own. I pray that the pure joy and love I feel creating is imbued into my jewelry and is felt by everyone that wears it.

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in the Lord; and He shall give you the desires of your heart.
