I started knitting in 2006, mostly just scarves and hats, and then I was introduced to sock knitting in 2009 and never looked back. Hand dyeing sock yarn was the natural next step in the process.

I love bright, vibrant color. If you ask my husband, he’ll say my closet looks like it was tran …splanted straight from the 80s and I’d say that is accurate.

My inspiration comes from everyday life, the 80s, my husband’s photography, and movie/TV fandom with some cartoon fandom thrown in (hey it’s bound to happen when the majority of my time is spent with toddlers).

There is little these days that thrills me more than a bare skein, and a bottle of dye. I hope you enjoy my creations. Thank you for reading.
