Welcome to The Cookie Couture, my name is Maria and my baking history started when I was a little girl when I recieved my first recipe book. Since then I started to love to read cooking books and experimenting with the recipes until I developed my own creations.

I have a degree in Food Biochemistry Engineering and I have been baking cookies for a while, I love French and Mexican bakery, I find them very similar, because they use the old fashion methods and use fresh ingredients and that really makes a difference in the final product.

We specialize in fine pastries, that include butter biscuits, macarons, meringues, alfajores, our popular hand decorated sugar cookies, etc. They are all delicious and believe me when you try them you are going to fall in love with them.
