I was lucky enough to be born in 1969. I have my fondest memories of growing up in the 70's and 80's, before technology became something we could not live without. Before that, we played outside till the street lights came on, barefoot, summer pavement warm on our feet, we helped each other with our chores. The neighborhood kids were my extended family and our childhoods were full of awesome toys that made us think or learn things without even knowing it. We rode around the block on Big Wheels and Green Machines. We did not have cellular phones, microwaves or even cable TV. We had each other and our toys and our imaginations to entertain us. We went home to houses with tall green shag carpets and sickly yellow colored appliances and large obnoxious flowered wallpaper. I created this shoppe to showcase the many treasures of those times. I search for the best items of vintage clothing as well as home decor and of course toys from those times. I wanted to offer the cool treasures of a thrift store without anyone having to leave the comfort of home...So here it is, the perfect combination of thrift store and technology-
