T-L-C (Thy-la-cine) Pouches evolved after I started making cases as presents for friends and family. With a love for 'making' including years of sewing, painting and sculpting and a desire to sell my new creations I went in search for a name. I discovered something new along my path and now have a very passionate attachment to Thylacine Pouches...
Thy-la-cine Pouches' namesake, the Thylacine, was a carnivorous marsupial resembling a dog, who carried their young in a pouch. They are now extinct. Their sudden decline and eventual extinction in the 1930's has been widely attributed to man. We salute the Thylacine and hope that through awareness and showing tender loving care to our fellow earthly inhabitants we can prevent the loss of other species at the hand of man.
My pouches are handmade in our strawbale home individually. Great care is taken in…
