I love the weird. Anything unique or different or bizarre. I've been beading for about 2 years and I just love trying to create a mood for each piece. I first became interested in wearable art because of my Geology major. Through the awesome Roseville Rock Rollers Geology club, I was given the opportunity to learn how to carve rocks and semi-precious stones into cabochons. It was only natural that I needed a way to wear my many (many!) new cabs and so I took a class on wire wrapping. This only satisfied me for a short time however. I love color. I wanted to create styles on a whim and depending on my mood. Soon enough I saw that Bead-work was an easy way to satisfy that need. I love the versatility I have. If I wasn't happy with something I could quickly undo the string and restart. (This is very important to me *L*, I am something of a perfectionist and want every stitch exact!) Beading is completely my passion now . . . until the next art medium attacks me! I adore learning, I'm an addict. I admit it.

I'm also now a multi-tasking Mama to a sweet (but curious) little boy. I love the challenge, and trying to get any work done with this little one is definitely keeping me on my toes!
