Kelly Eckley's Profile
I spend my days saving lives and maintaining public order, and my nights defacing federal currency to create amazing pieces of jewelry.
One of the most interesting things is holding a coin in your hand and considering all of the things it must have seen in it's lifetime - to think that I might be holding a coin that has been passed from hand to hand for longer than I have been alive - to look at a quarter minted in 1965 and know that it has seen three different wars, nine different presidents, and been used to pay for gas that at one point cost only thirty one cents a gallon.
What I enjoy most though, is knowing that once I've finished altering my coins and have sent them off to their new owners, they will be worn and loved for many more years to come.
