About

Welcome and thank you for stopping by! My name is Susan and I paint, sew, re-design furniture and create unique works of art. I am married to a wonderful and creative Chef Andy and mother to a beautiful seven year old daughter.

A lifelong artist and Sagittarius, I approach life and my life's work with enthusiastic optimism and big dreamer ideas. I love all things from nature and my favorite color is Shiny (I must have been a Raven in a former life!)

I am forever picking up stones, twigs and leaves- a tendency our daughter shares with me much to my husband's dismay! I am inspired and in constant awe of all of mother nature's creations- shapes, textures, colors and light.

We have recently found our dream home and moved to the country to start a farm . Our life here on the farm has inspired our designs and product offerings. We live by the motto; recycle, reuse, reinvent & redesign. Aside from creating original works of art, we love to resdesign vintage and older pieces of furniture and decor to suit the modern way of life with a twist of country "wholesomeness". The Danes call it "Hygge", that feel good, warm, cozy space that we crave to create in our homes.

I am grateful for the opportunity to pursue my artistic endeavors and appreciate your time in browsing our shop. I welcome your comments and questions.

Happy "Etsy-ing"!
