Madeline Yellow Hawk Corey-Thomas' Profile

About

I am an artist of Native American descent (Blackfoot) and my work is inspired by Native American Images. I was raised in New England and attended schools and college in Massachusetts. I have participated in various art venues from the East Coast to the West Coast.

My work currently has a modern edge which I enjoy adding to the more traditional expressions.

Currently I am creating tribal influenced necklaces which I make of paper beads which I hand roll, glass, bone, ceramic and wooden beads are used as well.

I use a traditional breastplate style.
