About

I am a Physical Therapist Assistant by training and profession, and a jewelry designer during any hours I can find! I began making jewelry when I was a teenager, and my parents gave me lessons for beadwoven earrings for my birthday. I fell in love with creating jewelry, but was limited by lack of opportunities to learn more. I continued to create jewelry for myself, family, and friends, slowly learning new techniques in college.

I absolutley love working with sterling silver, swarovski crystals, lampwork beads, gemstones and pearls.

My inspirations come from the beautiful colors found in the sea, a spectacular sky blue pink sunset over southern california, the mountains and the desert. Basically I love nature and the feelings it evokes within.

I LOVE to wire-wrap, solder, string, and beadweave, and I am patiently saving enough money to learn to make my own lampwork beads (though my hubby doesn't like me playing with fire). Really I love to learn and explore new things and techniques. I like working with polymer clay as well, and am trying to learn more applications for its use in jewelry design.

Special thanks go to my mother-in-law for introducing me to wire wrapping and thus creating a monster. And to my husband for being my unending support and confidence builder.
