Why Twangled Wyrz (Wires)? Our youngest son had this very unique way of speaking when he was little. Instead of having snarls in his hair, he had snails. Instead of buying loose leaf paper at the store, we purchased "blue sleeve paper." And...my favorite...instead of suffering from tangled shoelaces...he had "twangled shoes." So, when I started crafting with wire and needed a name, Twangled Wyrz was a natural...the second word is spelled wrong, um... just because the first one is!
I have been crafting and enjoying the arts since a very young age. My beautiful mother taught me to crochet and sew at the age of 10 and I've been creating ever since. Some might say it's even grown into an obsession. (just ask my husband...) My favorite thing is to see someone wearing a piece of jewelry that I have created. I also enjoy interacting and conversing with people who come to visit me…
