About

Growing up with a mother and grandmother who quilted, I learned to sew at a very young age. For a very long time I felt like I didn't have the time or the attention span to sew something as expansive as a quilt. Within the past year, I decided I really needed a hobby and started to felt. It was fun at first, but I wanted to create amazing things. I got a new little kitten named Vladimir so I decided I'd make a toy for him. Not even knowing where to start, I looked up a picture of a mouse and just started drawing out a pattern I thought would work. It turned out great! I was so excited about it I thought it would be wonderful to make something else. I made an owl plush and from there, the felt tree grew.
