About

Here on Etsy - I am a proud member of the Ecochic Team, VJSE and also the Teamlove Team.

I've been selling antique jewelry for about 25 years. I've also developed a good sound working knowledge of textiles, linens, ladies accessories and vintage clothing. I've sold antiques from the Georgian Period right up to the late 20th c. up and down the east coast.

For a few years now, I've take quite a few workshops in Fiber Arts, Beading and Metal-smithing. Now, I am selling my handcrafted designs in DianeMarsdenDesigns and also selling vintage supplies and collectibles from local estates under SeacoastEstateSales.

******* Vanityfare Store Policies *******

Customer satisfaction is my primary goal. To that end, please read my terms and conditions below. It is the policy of this shop to not place items on Reserve.

1) Purchase:

Please read the item description carefully. Regarding colors... I cannot be held responsible for item color not matching exactly the image on your monitor. If color tone or hue is important, ask me any questions before you agree to purchase. I am always willing to send you additional photos, details, etc. Let's talk!

The items I sell are not new. That is in fact their appeal to most of my customers. Therefore be prepared for signs of wear, use, and the general effect of time. If you are not familiar with vintage, let's discuss before you buy!

2) Payment

Payment is due within one week (7 calendar days) of transaction. If you have a request for additional time, let's talk! I am always happy to accommodate as long as I hear from you!

I accept Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. Your choice!

3) Shipping

I will ship at least twice a week (New England weather is always a factor!).

Most often, I will try to ship First Class Mail (the most affordable). If you prefer Priority or another method, let's talk! Insurance is optional, but always recommended.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and/or duty fees.

4) Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me. BUT I really prefer not to deal with returns. If we have followed all of the above, it should not have to happen. IN
THE EVENT this needs too happen, I will accept returns on items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase date. Refunds are for purchase price only, not shipping and handling. Buyer is also responsible for the shipping cost back to me.

Please do not return the item without contacting me first!!!
Any returns without communication will void the refund of the object.
