I'm probably knitting as you are reading this.
I grew up surrounded by family who loved craft and first learnt to knit and crochet as a small child when I stayed with my Grandma for weekends. I struggled with it then, and it was not until years later that I took it back up and discovered my obsession with all things woolly.
Now I love to knit, crochet, dye and spin yarn and I would love to share with you my designs inspired by the beautiful Pennine hills.
Wessenden is a small valley off the Colne Valley in the Pennine hills of Yorkshire. The area is known for its wool and textile industry with large mills and the Huddersfield Narrow Canal running along the bottom. The surrounding hills are full of sheep and plenty of beautiful walks. It is an inspiring place to live…
