About

My First major crafting crisis happened when I was 5 years old. It was on Christmas Eve. I was making a Santa ornament out of construction paper and I needed cotton balls to make Santa’s fluffy white beard. Thankfully, my mother was very ingenious in the face of a crafting predicament and went into her bathroom and ripped apart a tampon to extract the necessary cotton. My current passion is working with clay and I find inspiration everywhere. I enjoy making items that are unique and wearable, something that can spark a conversation or an imagination. I love to learn and I am always seeking out new techniques or I am trying to develop some myself. I believe that you shouldn’t take yourself or life too seriously. I love to laugh and have fun, I believe creating art helps us to nurture our child within and we should never forget that part of ourselves. I hope that some of my philosophies in life shine through in my work, nothing would give me greater joy.
