RETURNS

If your item is simply not what you thought, I am happy to do a return transaction, or a swap. Please convo me before returning the item, and return it to me within two weeks of recieving it. It needs to be in the original state, and well wrapped to avoid damage in the post. If you're international then it may take longer - that's ok, as long as you convo me!
In this case I can refund you the original sale price, along with my shipping price, however I cannot refund your own shipping price for returning it to me.

DAMAGES

If the item arrives damaged please take this up with the postal service. I giftwrap everything, and am careful to use plenty of bubble wrap, and protect your item(s).
I always get a certificate of posting, which means if it gets lost or damage I can have it tracked or refunded.

If I totally fluff things up, and send you the wrong item(s), or your stuff has a defect, then take a photo of the defect, or mis-sent item, send it to me, along with the item and we can arrange a full refund, including shipping costs (seeing as it would be my fault in that case).

REPAIRS

If you find that within three months of recieving your item, it needs repairing in any way, convo me and send it back, and will do a full repair for free. I can't cover your shipping fee, but will pay the shipping fee to get it back to you.

FEEDBACK

Feedback on Etsy is optional, however I always try and leave it once the item's been recieved. It would be helpful if you convo me to let me know it's arrived, and then I can do so.
I really, really appreciate good feedback!! If you are pleased with your item, it is really good to have feedback. It is helpful for other buyers, and retains the friendly feel of this place.
If you are NOT happy with your item, do convo me and we can sort it out - I am very friendly and happy to help!
