In addition to selling supplies, I'm also a working fiber artist and teach classes to adults and children. I also do some 18th century Living History Interpreting at local museums.
Enchanted by a spinning wheel at an early age, I have practiced the magical arts of weaving, spinning and dyeing for...well, more years than I care to remember. I feel a need to keep my hands moving. Working with the wool fills me with a sense of peace and a feeling of being connected to the Earth, and to others, cross culture and time, whose hands have moved like mine.
