Payment
Payment is expected within 72 hours checkout.
At this time, I can only accept Paypal.

New Jersey residents will be charged 7% sales tax and please include in payment.

Shipping
Once ordered, items will be shipped via first class USPS mail within 1 to 3 days.
If you would like tracking, insurance, or registered mail just let me know and I'll get you an updated invoice on your order.
I can also provide insurance on items shipped within the US at an additional charge if you wish...
Domestic orders totaling $200 or more will automatically ship with complimentary shipping insurance.
International: Flat rate first class airmail is: $3.75 with no insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted. Please contact me within 3 days upon receipt of your item to arrange for a return and return the item promptly in it's original condition (not unstrung or cut). Shipping fees are not refundable.I want you to be totally happy with your purchase.
