I was 16 years old when I first picked up a crochet hook and have been making garments and accessories for myself and as gifts (some more successful than others) on and off ever since. Some twenty years later, tired of the same boring old crochet patterns and finding myself a SAHM (stay at home mum) wanting to be a WAHM (work at home mum). I combined my knowledge and love of the craft and my costume making skills, with my desire for more interesting designs and came up with something I think is a bit different.

For me the creative process is a very organic one. I have an idea in mind based on the materials available, then I start playing around and see what I can come up with. I find this is the best way of creating something unique.

I don’t always buy my yarn in bulk, I like to use reclaimed yarn when I can. Not only am I recycling, working like this lends itself perfectly to create one of a kind pieces,
