I found at a very young age that any form of art was my reprieve. Through many years of experimenting with what seems like endless natural talents, it was becoming difficult to decide on a career path. Perplexed, my instincts lead me to investigate and hit "the road."

*My travels started in the picturesque town of Cancun, Mexico*

So, picture this: A petite 5'2 woman at her crossroad. Filled with a prolific amount of imagination, talent, and creativity, but lacked the vision and inspiration she so truly needed. I was alone, no travel book, no map, a 10 lb. backpack with only the essentials and a little "un poquito español". Once arriving to the white sandy beaches sans crystal blue water Cancun had to offer, I was hooked and wanted more! Project inspiration restoration was in effect! About

So, I set off on my own personal expedition...to see all the countries in Central America!

After a 3-month sabbatical touring all the colorful Central American countries, I found an overflowing amount of interesting things: fascinating people and their cultures, lavish textiles, magnificent metals, and kaleidoscopic decor. Beauty surrounded me everywhere I turned. Needless to say, my 10 lb. backpack started to feel a bit heavier.

As my journey came to an end, I found it hard to return home from such an inspirational trip. I knew I needed to return to the states and share my stories, my finds, and my gifts with friends and family. The thrill plus satisfaction I received from sharing found treasures and motivational stories with my loved ones filled me with joy. My vision and inspiration that I thought was lost, was now found, and restored.

My daily passion is hunting for these "unique pieces found on the road less traveled" and share my vision with the rest of the folks on this big blue marble. Therefore, I have chosen Etsy as my new journey...my "à La Road".

~Coming to a crossroads doesn't always mean that you have to choose one route of travel. Go down one road, turn around, and try the other!
