About

I am 41 year old mother of 2 beautiful children. Years ago, I self taught myself how to bead jewelry. Whenever I walk into a bead store, I feel like a child in a candy store. I just want to touch everything. I could and do spend hours, running my fingers through the beads, checking the quality and comparing the hues from one stone to another stone to see what might work well together. It's a sporadic journey for me and tremendously invigorating. I take tremendous time and patience with each piece of jewelry that I make.

My focus on my beading work is to utilize a variety of healing stones and crystals to help restore positive and healthy energy in people. My focus on my beading work is to utilize a variety of healing stones and crystals to help restore positive and healthy energy in people. The concept of stones and crystals having healing, protective and intuitive powers is actually an ancient concept, and deeply rooted in various religions as well. It's a very zen process for me to be surrounded by such astounding energy when I'm working, but there is a rhyme to my reason. I obviously want the stones to compliment each other, both in color as well as in their energetic qualities. Each piece that I create, is honestly designed as if it were my own personal beloved jewelry. Sometimes in the end, I love the piece so much I don't want to part with it, but I do. It's business. A heartfelt, passionate business.

I just finished up a semester at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts where I focused on metal smithing. I look forward to combining my interests in healing stones with metal work in the future. For now, I hope you enjoy my unique creations. I make it a priority to never design the same piece of jewelry twice, so you can be sure that you have a one-of-a-kind creation.

I have done several commission pieces in the past and I'm always open to do something that is suitable to your budget and your desires, whatever that may mean.

Be well.
