I've always loved baking homemade treats, particularly those that go well with a spot of tea or a good dunk in a cup of creamy coffee. I love old fashioned and simple treats, particularly those that highlight seasonal ingredients from the farmers market. I have a particular fondness for baked goods, cookies, breads, granola, etc., that incorporate a savory element to balance the sweet. When possible I incorporate whole wheat flour and raw cane sugar into my baked goods. I hope you enjoy my creations.
