I began making jewelry in the early 1990's after a fateful trip to the library led me to discover a book about bead weaving using tiny glass seed beads. Over the years my passion for the beauty and intricacy of jewelry has led me in new directions and opened my eyes to different techniques and materials. My work is inspired by nature and the divine feminine, as well as the materials which infuse my work. I started using silver clay in early 2005, after I became a certified instructor, since then, the bulk of my work has been taken over by my fascination with this material, although I continue to use wire wrapping techniques and string luscious beads in the way that I have loved to do for years!
