I began painting as a way to break myself out of the hardships of dealing with borderline personality disorder, a mental disorder mainly characterized by sudden and drastic mood swings. I don't feel I use my paintings to "express" my mental anguish in the way that say, Picasso did. I more like to use painting as an activity to challenge myself to stay mindful and centered in my wise mind, without following the distractions that lead me to my intense dispositions. I enjoy bright colors and abstract shapes to take my mind off my issues!
When I'm not painting, you can usually find me playing a video game. I'm a big fan of World of Warcraft and TES:Skyrim. This is a hobby that is very dear to my relationship with my boyfriend. You will often find us battling the Horde in pvp or bosses in dungeons.
