As an expert on maintaining a gluten free lifestyle, I BAKE my delicious cakes, tarts and cookies for TASTE and TEXTURE which has been missing for so many years in gluten free cakes and goodies..My Grandmother's secret recipe has been adapted, but her secret "Angel Frosting" is what really makes them special. I love to design Custom Dessert Tables for celebrations that are over-the-top, and can also provide non-gluten free items as well, baked in separate kitchen.
