Anna McDade's Profile
I am a self taught jewellery maker and designer specialising in cuff bracelets and lockets, though I make a whole spectrum of jewellery in sterling silver, copper, brass, gold, steel and aluminium. My designs are often inspired by nature and natural forms, I create pieces incorporating birds, animals, flowers, trees and abstract flowing forms reminiscent of Art Nouveau, Gothic and the Celtic artwork of my Scottish and Irish ancestry. I produce unique and highly decorative pieces using recycled and sustainable metals and materials wherever possible. Although I have a highly individual style, I welcome commissions and have a range of jewellery making skills from etching to hand piercing. Each piece is completely handmade and unique, as similar designs vary. Each design is also limited in its production.
