I've been crafting leather for over 40 years. Everything is cut and worked by hand, resulting in a uniqueness to each piece.
Some may be interested in knowing that all of the leathers I use are byproducts of food animals. This means I do not use any skins from animals killed just for the hides, such as fox, muskrat and skunk. All of the skins I use are from animals that provide food; I believe that once we kill something, it honors that animal to use as much of it as possible.
