About

Welcome to my etsy shop! I can remember, when I was a young child, making an intricate necklace using apple seeds that i saved up for months! A lifelong pursuit of making things by hand unfolded. I majored in Fine Metals at Algonquin College Fine arts/crafts program in the 70's, before computers took over. Over the years I've done many craft shows and changed direction for a while to be a full-time mom. I've returned to making jewelry and in the past few years I've taught myself oil painting and watercolor painting, which I really love. I thought I'd give Etsy a try and I found that being part of this community is wonderful.
When you purchase an item in my shop, the photo that you see is the item that you will receive, unless otherwise indicated. P.S.: Pearls and gems are much nicer to work with than apple seeds.
