The idea for Astrida Naturals first started as a side project. I was a bookseller, running an indie bookstore with my family when I became interested in natural skin care. In the midst of my obsession, I started looking for unique natural products that we could sell as counter purchases inside the store.
I came across unrefined shea butter and fell in love with all its natural benefits. Thing is, I couldn't find anything that was elegantly packaged, not refined with chemical additives and also smelled great. Having a background in design, I decided to create my own and Astrida Naturals grew from there.
Today, I handcraft products with organic, fair trade shea, natural ingredients and fragrances. Astrida Naturals celebrates the joy that comes from slowing down, feeling balanced and appreciating the simple, divine beauty of life. That's my mission.
